About Kratopia Blue Lily:
Blue Lily is an East African flower with a long history of use. Thousands of years ago, the ancient Egyptians were already fond of this blue blossom—which is why it is also known as the "Egyptian lotus." Today, the plant is primarily valued for its psychoactive alkaloids, which can induce a calming and euphoric effect, followed by an energy boost. In many respects, these effects are similar to those of kratom. In fact, the two herbs pair very well together, as they enhance both the intensity and the duration of each other's effects. That said, Blue Lily is also an excellent herb to use on its own!
Usage: Blue Lily can be consumed in several ways. For example, you can steep 4 to 5 grams in a cup of tea and add some honey. If you are inexperienced, or if you are combining Blue Lily with kratom, please start with a lower dose.
